  • 125 g hindbær
  • 2 ark gelatine
  • 400 g hvid ost 0% af M.G.
  • 40 g agave sirup
  • 1 lime
  • 25 cl lysende flydende creme
  • 1 spsk. Kaffe agar
  • 1 hindbær coulis

Opskrift på hindbærhvide

Vask, tør og arranger hindbærene i ramekiner eller små potter. Hold 4 til dressur.

Sug gelatinepladerne i koldt vand i 10 minutter.

I en salatskål,

  • Ordne cottageost og agave sirup, bland.
  • Vask og rist kalk (hold til træning) og tilføj til cottage cheese.

I en kasserolle,

  • Varm den flydende creme og agar-agar.
  • Ud af varmen tilsættes den bløde gelatine.
  • Bland godt og hæld denne blanding over hytteosten, mens du fortsætter med at piske.
  • Hæld det hele på hindbærene og kast det derefter i køligt (ca. 1 time 30).

I øjeblikket servering,

  • Tilsæt den resterende lime og hindbær på hver gryde.
  • Server med raspberry coulis eller ej.
